After a few Saturdays of touring many different properties, we decided to jump on the opportunity to reserve one of our favorite places. The property is called Metro at Zanjero and we are renting a until with the floor plan A2.
It is a one bedroom unit with the most beautiful, long granite counter top island with deeeep sinks and a removable faucet head. The appliances are great (including a microwave with a turntable and an oven with a window--two features our current appliances lack) and there is a huge pantry (also missing from our current kitchen).
Our actual unit is very close to all the amenities including the pool, gas grills, workout room, and mailboxes. We are on the third/top floor so we have a tiny view of the mountains in the distance.
The most exciting part is that our new friends here live in the same complex, just a few buildings away!
We will be signing the lease and moving in May 17th. It will give us a few weeks to move from our current apartment way across town to the new apartment.
We are very much looking forward to the peace and quiet we will experience in the new place, devoid of sirens, helicopters, screeching car tires, bus stop announcements, and chirping crosswalks. Instead we will enjoy the trickling sound of the pool's waterfalls.....
